NOC Format
Fill a sample or blank NOC format for employment, a landlord, or a parent, then print or download a PDF in your browser.
What an NOC Format Is
An NOC format is a no objection certificate: a short letter in which an organisation, a property owner, or a parent says they do not object to a stated request. This page includes an employment NOC, a landlord NOC, and a parent or guardian NOC. Each one opens as a filled example, and each one can be cleared to a blank certificate.
The certificate is built in your browser. Names and addresses are not uploaded. It is a wording format. The office that asked for the NOC may still want it on letterhead, with a stamp, or as a signed original.
How to Fill the NOC Format
- Choose employment, landlord, or parent or guardian. The matching example loads.
- Replace the names, dates, and purpose. Use Start blank to keep the type and clear the names.
- Pick the pronoun the letter should use, and add a country, course, or address detail if you have one.
- Read the paragraphs in the preview. They update as you type.
- Print the certificate or download a PDF, then sign it the way the receiving office asked.
Employment, Landlord, and Parent NOCs
An employment NOC is issued by the organisation. It names the employee, the employee ID, the designation, the joining date, and the request, such as a passport, a visa, or higher studies. A landlord NOC says the owner does not object to the tenant using the property address. A parent or guardian NOC says they do not object to travel, a passport, or an admission. Government employees often need the NOC from their own department. This page does not replace that internal permission.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does NOC stand for?
NOC stands for no objection certificate. It is a letter saying the issuer does not object to a specific request.
Which NOC format should I use?
Use employment when the employer is the issuer, landlord when a property owner is confirming the address, and parent or guardian when a parent is consenting for a child.
Can I start from a blank NOC?
Yes. Start blank keeps the selected type and clears the names, so the certificate still has the "to whom it may concern" lines and a signature block.
Will a passport office accept this printout?
Only if it matches what that office asked for. Some desks want the NOC from a government employer on official letterhead. Check the current instruction before you submit it.
Where is the certificate saved?
Only in this browser tab until you print or download it. Closing the tab clears the form.
