Fixed Offset Meeting Planner

See one meeting time across multiple fixed UTC offsets and check overlap with working-hour windows.

Compare a meeting across fixed UTC offsets

Distributed teams often reason in UTC offsets rather than full IANA time zone names, especially when daylight saving rules are handled elsewhere. Set a meeting time in a base offset, list participant locations with their fixed offsets, and see each local clock time plus whether it falls inside a shared working window (for example 08:00–20:00 local).

How to read the overlap score

The score counts how many participants see the meeting inside the working window in their own local time. It does not account for holidays or daylight saving, pair it with the Convert Time Between Timezones tool when you need named zones. For pairwise offset math, use Fixed Offset Timezone Math.

Participant line format

One participant per line: Label, offsetMinutes. Offsets are minutes east of UTC (Tokyo = 540, New York EST = -300).

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this handle daylight saving time?

No. Offsets are fixed. Use IANA-based converters when DST rules matter for a given date.

What datetime format should I use?

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM in the base offset you select.

Is participant data stored?

Everything runs client-side. Refreshing the page clears inputs unless you share a URL with encoded state from another tool.
