ACFT Calculator
Calculate ACFT event scores, total points, and pass status for heavy, significant, and moderate Army job categories.
What Is the ACFT?
The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) scores six events: deadlift, standing power throw, hand-release push-up, sprint-drag-carry, leg tuck or plank, and two-mile run. Minimum points depend on job physical demand. See also the Army Body Fat Calculator.
Minimum Points by Job Category
Heavy jobs need 70 points per event, significant jobs need 65, and moderate jobs need 60. You must pass every event, not only the total score.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is ACFT scoring age or gender based?
The gender-neutral ACFT 3.0 scale used here does not adjust for age or sex.
Can I use plank instead of leg tuck?
Yes. Plank is an approved core alternative. Enter plank time instead of leg tuck count.
What is a good total ACFT score?
Passing requires meeting the per-event minimum for your MOS category. Higher totals reflect stronger overall fitness.
How do I enter sprint-drag-carry time?
Use minutes and seconds, for example 2:10 for two minutes ten seconds.
