Day 5 blastocyst transfer: add 261 days. Day 3 cleavage embryo: add 263 days. Fresh or donor egg cycles treated as conception equivalent: add 266 days. These offsets account for embryonic age at transfer plus standard gestational length.

Weeks and days pregnant are computed from transfer date to today, plus an adjustment for embryo stage (19 days for day 5, 17 for day 3, 14 for own or donor eggs). Actual delivery often occurs between 37 and 42 weeks, so treat the due date as an estimate.
