Magnet URI Builder
Build magnet URI links from info hash, display name, and tracker announce URLs for offline BitTorrent sharing.
Build BitTorrent magnet links offline
Magnet URIs start torrent clients without a .torrent file by embedding the info hash and optional metadata. Paste a 40-character hexadecimal SHA-1 hash (BitTorrent v1) or a 32-character Base32 hash, add a display name, and list UDP or HTTP tracker announce URLs—one per line.
The builder percent-encodes parameters per the magnet link scheme: xt=urn:btih: for the hash, dn= for the display name, tr= for each tracker, plus optional xl= (exact length in bytes) and ws= (web seed URL). The result updates as you type so you can copy a single line into a client or share it in chat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which info hash formats are accepted?
40 lowercase or uppercase hex characters, or 32 Base32 characters using A–Z and 2–7 (no padding).
Do I need trackers?
Trackers help peers find each other on the DHT-less web, but many clients work with DHT and PEX once the hash is known. Include at least one reliable announce URL when possible.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. The magnet string is assembled locally in your browser.
