Formula
Duke score equals exercise duration in minutes minus 5 times maximum ST deviation in millimeters minus 4 times treadmill angina index (0 to 2).
Risk Categories
Scores of 5 or higher indicate low risk with about 99% four-year survival. Scores from -10 to +4 are intermediate (~95% survival). Scores below -10 indicate high risk (~79% survival).
