Among Us Impostor Odds Calculator
Calculate binomial probability of getting Impostor or Crewmate role across multiple Among Us games based on player count and impostor settings.
How Among Us Role Odds Work
Each Among Us game randomly assigns impostor and crewmate roles. If there are 2 impostors among 8 players, your per-game chance of being an impostor is 25%. Over multiple games, the number of times you get a role follows a binomial distribution.
Binomial Probability Formula
$$P(n, k) = C(n, k) \times p^k \times (1-p)^{n-k}$$Where $n$ is the number of games, $k$ is the target count, $p$ is the per-game role probability, and $C(n,k)$ is the binomial coefficient.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the chance of being impostor twice in 10 games with 2/8 impostors?
With p = 0.25 and n = 10, the probability of exactly 2 impostor games is about 28.2%.
Does past role affect future games?
No. Each game is independent. Getting crewmate five times in a row does not increase your impostor odds in the next game.
What does "at least X times" mean?
It sums probabilities for X, X+1, X+2, and so on up to n games. Use it when you want the chance of getting a role that many times or more.
How many impostors can I select?
Among Us supports 1 to 3 impostors depending on lobby size. This calculator accepts 1 to 3 impostors with 4 to 15 players.
